Stress

Individuals experience Stress when there is an upset in the balance of doshas in some way so certain body mechanisms malfunction.

Stressors can be pressures that put high demand on a person. There is mental stress, emotional stress, and physical stress.

A small amount of stress is considered good for a person but once it becomes chronic, it is harmful.

Ayurvedic treatment can be used to balance the doshas in the body.

ABHYANGA Sandalwood/ 

Abhyangam (full body oil therapy ) accompanied with Shirodhara (steady stream of warm herbal medicated Milk or Oil gently pouring on forehead (3rd eye)) followed by the steam bath.
